Anti-Ragging Committee

As per AICTE regulations (F.No.37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009), IITDM Vizag has constituted the Anti-Ragging Committee to prevent and address any incidents of ragging on campus. The committee ensures a safe and inclusive environment for all students in accordance with the Prevention and Prohibition of Ragging in Technical Institutions regulations under the AICTE Act, 1987.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

Formed in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the ICC at IITDM Vizag ensures that women on campus feel safe, heard, and supported.

Women Empowerment Cell

This cell promotes gender equity and women's leadership through awareness programs, mentorship, and engagement activities on campus.

Scheduled Caste - Scheduled Tribe Cell

This cell is dedicated to supporting students from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes by ensuring implementation of the relevant government schemes and preventing discrimination.

The OBC Cell facilitates the welfare of students belonging to the Other Backward Classes and addresses their concerns in line with the policies of the Government of India.

CED at IITDM Vizag is committed to ensuring equal access, support, and opportunities for differently-abled students and staff.

Building Committee

The Building Committee oversees all policy matters related to campus development, including construction, renovation, and major repairs. Matters requiring the approval of the Board of Governors are first reviewed by this committee.

Finance and Audit Committee

This committee is responsible for reviewing all financial policies, audit matters, and risk management strategies. Any financial decisions requiring Board of Governors' approval are first examined and recommended by this committee.
