Academic Administration & Development
- Participate in curriculum design, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional initiatives.
Student Mentorship & Engagement
- Guide students on research projects, dissertations, and internships.
- Act as a mentor for student clubs, academic societies, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D. in the relevant field from IITs/IIMs or renowned international universities.
- Candidates with 5+ years of academic or industry experience, particularly in leadership or senior roles, are encouraged to apply.
- A promising publication track record and a demonstrated interest in research and pedagogy.
